The "Crazy" Tour:

This coming Friday and Saturday night myself and fellow bodyboarding companions are set to get pretty dam crazy on the "Crazy" tour.. for the one and only bodyboarding movie "Crazy" by legendary labradore Jack Dobinson. The movie is gonna be straight up wild along with the heckling and yelling that goes along with any wollongong premiere containing Kramer, Doug Smith or James Dixon. This Friday the 14th the movie screens at Master Builders in Wollongong and Saturday night in Nowra at the new Core Surf Store. Dont just turn up to one. Endless Possibilities:

Last week a few people asscended upon nuggen for some fun time ramps. The first day saw a crowd of rather large proportions including jeff hubb in his new zion wettie. Anyway this is a shot from the second day.. i love shots like this in which you can just drift off into dream land pondering what the rider or yourself would do off this nuggen ramp. Jase finlay and a whole lot of ramp awaiting to be blasted..

RVQ blowing up:

I may be a little biased and favouring towards my bro but he's totes outdone himself this week nailing shots in both the new movement and le boogie. Got his first double page, and his first shot of himself run also. Id be lying if i said i wasn't jealous that he finally got a shot run in a mag before me but meh im stoked for him. Some would say thats taking bodyboarding too sero but im kinda pleased at the moment to just continue doing some filming and surfing 2ft blackrock.. aint that right. Anyway above is Russ's first shot, that particular arvo definitly brings back memories for me also, soo fun barely anyone out perfect 3ft pipe and im pretty sure i let russ have this wave..

Master Class:

Im kinda a bit of a sports fanatic sometimes, my days this week have consisted of 5am starts however not for the typical case of surf trips. Champions league games and finally the Masters golf tournament have had my alarm and body clock going haywire.

Onto the clip... now im pretty content with not being judged as a male shovenist or the such but to me Tiger Woods could get into quadruple figures lady wise and i would still consider him an absolute ledge, a bastard cheat.. but a ledge non the less. Anyway heres some fine form on the 3rd day, he definitly throws down some of the best blow ups in golf... "Tiger Woods, You suuuuuuuuuuuuuck... god dammit"

Sooo Pisssed Aye:

Had a pretty massive w.e as it just so happened that Korrey Smith one time pipe regulator, entraprenuerial scaffolder and notorious king of the receeding hairline had his wedding. The friday night consisted of a second bucks party which was pretty crazy as Korrey had to be ready for his wedding by 10.30am the next day. Feeling pretty putrid we all attended some ravishing wedding celebrations on what was possibly the hottest day ever to wear a suit. Anyway this song by The Bedroom Philosopher pretty much sums up my sunday morning... "So Hungover". Its a pretty funny parody of the whole indy scene i love it

Wilfred the Pot smoking dog:

Ok so this show has been on for a while but ive only really just started getting into it. "Wilfred" is about this pot smoking dog who can talk but only this one dude can chat to him, its that frikking funny. Last episode wilfred was just tuning this cat babe was awesome viewing.. anyway this is a short clip of a few wilfred moments. Monday nights on SBS are that amazing like three of my fav shows Wilfred, then entourage then Flight of the Conchords.. pretty sure there is no other night for visual comedic observations.

Lewie Shralp Sesh:

Same day as below.. as Russ and i gave the twin fin a good slashing lewie managed to take full advantage of the peak claiming priority all day. Probably was the best of seen him surf in a while as he took to the 1-2ft conditions like any leg grossed jake stone frothing grommy. He threw down some sweet combos, drew some rad lines and flipped out a few times. Was also sik to see him throw down a good old one handed fist pump claim after he pulled this one flip.. amazing

Stand offs:

Was quite a big weekend in the bodyboarding world (south coast vicinity) this weekend. Todd Barnes had his movie premiere for Thrash'd and all those not in attendence giving their eyesockets a workout were at Future music giving their jaws a good workout insted. Mixed reports of Thrash'd but for me all the spec effects, editing and music left me in awe and still pondering if anyone can keep up with the IAMNONE films. Unfortunately i didnt get to venture out for the after party, alas i was able to enjoy my weekend regardless. Woke up sunday morning pretty agg and neg about the prospect of another day watching tv and tuning babes on facey.. fortunatly that never eventuated. 9 am received a call from Lewie claiming pipe was miraculously 3ft somehow and to get the hell out there. Russ, jono and i wolfed down breaky and proceeded to head out. Knowing full well about Lewie's grommet frothing surf reports i suggested to taking the twin fin out fully expecting to be greeted by only 1-2ft waves. Got to the shore and russ was instant neg and glad we brought the BT (Barry Taylor stand up twin fin). The session was super fun, small 1-2ft waves noone out so sik for a stand up shralp... loving life.

Mug Shots:

I regret to inform you that my south oz growth has finally been forcfully removed.. For the 10 days whilst in the Southern Australian Coastline aka the "Great Australian Bite" the four of us totally neglected all bodily hygene specifics from deoderant, to washing hair, to showers, to clean cloths and obviously facial hair. By the end of the 10 days the four of us resembled a pack of wild dogs which ultimately made us fit right in with the locals.. funny that. Upon returning, it was amazing to slip on some clean clothes and shower without the use of thongs (still havn't washed my hair), however im quite devastated to have to shave again. Would have loved to see what my facial hair follicles could have eventuated into.. my bet is a force to reakoned with among the South Coast's bodyboarding facial hair growing fraternity. Why remove such stuble and facial growth you ask? well im quite positive my yettie/gorrila esque appearance would scare the recess out of any kindergarten primary classroom. Mega agg!!

The Blackrock Routine:

Ever since i arrived home seems as though there has been non stop fun banging cresters on my doorstep. I guess its kind of the right season for the banzaii tree and chit. Ok, so i know im going to sound like a major ignorant selfish prick to everyone else who doesnt live within a 5km radius of pipe but like im soo over it at the moment. Today was amazing, me and lew tube hit the pipeline early with a small crew on it and fun ramps. Lew was pretty content as any frothing grommet would be chatting away to Griz and corpse all sesh. Went home on the high tide, then ventured back out for more low tide bowls. So right about now as i sit typing this and prepard a banquet of rissoles on toast im pretty over pipe and would love nothing more than a good day of work. FRAMIES - pretty sure i filmed at all the wrong times today, nothing happened at all whilst i was behind the lens. here are some fun times regardless. The most annoying thing about getting a HD camera was having to shift all our other footage off one computer and begin using Russ's Mac book pro. That was well and truly a massive lag on the blog, but all is sweet we managed to collect some cool foot for the new vid, become monopoly world champions, grow facial hair and have some rad times along the way. The desert is an amazing place - crazy characters, wild times, good waves, good friends. Pre-empted blog lagging apologies: Bon Voyage

Ive definitly been one to lag on this blog on several occasions.. luckily i have james dixon to let me know when im due for a new post. Anyway, this is an early apology for the week and a half of blog lagging thats going to happen. Russ, Ivan, Morgs and I are heading off tonight for a little trip hoping to document some fun looking shacks and ramps.. Pretty keen to get all shacky and get away from Vincentia. A website thats taken off over the last few months is www.chatroulette.com this site is crazzzzzzzzzy. Just imagine your on a regular chat site on your webcam and everytime u press the f9 button you can switch to some random character on their webcam on the other side of the world. Everyone who has a webcam should try it. Newcastle rippo Tom Winter got me into it and he reacons he's seen some wild sights.. "its mainly fat dudes wanking, but every now and then you luck into a hot babe" according to Mr winter. Pretty sure its Anthony Showmans dream site. Shack City in High Definition:

HD is the new black - well im pretty sure, seems as though everything these days is going digital or HD: television channels such as One HD, and over the last few years now bodyboarding movies. Its about time we kept up with the "Jones's".

About a month ago now i was filming Russ out pipe shralping on our twin fin, soo hilarious to watch then he shocked me and got his first stand up tube on film. Soon as he came in to claim it and swap over i let go of the camera and a swift wind knocked it into a rock pool. Soo sickening i knew it was officially fucked straight away. Due to it not being our camera also i felt worse, had to find the exact same camera and purchase it on ebay for shawnys mum.

Anyway today we purchased our new camera a JVC gz-hm200 high definition. BOOM. May not be top of the range but still its a step up from the 1 chip Sony handycam used for our first film. Pretty excited to start using it and clocking up the good footage and shacks. Yooooooooow see you through the lens...

Korrey Smith's Bucks w.e:

"BEST WEEKEND OF MY LIFE" - quote from possibly every single person that attended korrey smiths final weekend of freedom with his good mates. After suffering from a harrowing stomach bug all week i was amping to say the least once waking up saturday morning feeling mighty fresh. Packed the car pretty early and the convoy of 12 cars ventured down to ulladulla at 8am for paintball. Being the tight man i am, i was fairly clickin over the $90 i had to slam down for paintball, but pretty sure it went for like 3 hours and was that much fun immitating some crazzed up army dudes running around shooting your best mates in the ass. The owners were that rad allowing me and matt to fire a few shots off the course and at lynchy and ricardo who couldnt play due to injuries. Beers and a bbq quickly cooled everyone down after the excessive amount of ducking and weaving and shooting that had taken place.

After paintball the convoy convulged onto bawley point.. the area chosen for our/korrey smiths demise. Got to the house to find the place sitting right on the rocks directly looking into supers.. that good, few beers sunk mindsurfing dry supers closeouts then onto the ocean. We all reached tow beach at bawley to find fair bit of swell and offshores AMAZING. Matt and korreys skis were thrown in straight away and almost everyone jumped in the water for shoreys/churchils/tows/guilos even jackson (morgs non surfing brother) who manage to flounder into some shories. Everyone rotated getting in and out of the water watching, until chap arrived with the beer bong. Korrey eventually left the water and tows to break in the new beer bong, then headed back out for more tows and to surf til dark. Most of us bailed back to the house to start getting all boozy, talk chit and discuss plans for the stripper. We had this amazingly wild idea of blindfolding Smithy, taping him to a chair then getting the stripper to whisper in his ear. But insted hav Zammit topless with some chocolate sauce so that korrey could feel up and caress zamm in front of us all.

Day quickly turned to night and drinks were flowing vastly, especially out of the beer bong which was forced upon everyone including Mark "Straight edge" howie downing two lifts through it. So much chanting, so much drinking - Bodyboard veteran Tau Whiu magically appeared out of the blue also and the beer bong was quickly thrust into his mouth until he caught up to everyone elses manished state. Korrey Smith did a valiant effort, he owned the beer bong, pretty positive he would have had at least a case of beers through the beer bong . I have no idea if he was doing secro spews around the back or what but he was still standing by the time the stripper called in at like 10.30.

I wont go into to much detail surrounding the stripper due to girlfriend factors but Korrey Smith put on an amazing show by out Pon-ing (Being a show pony - J.Dixon 06) the stripper big time. What ever she was doing Korrey was up for it caressing, fondling, gulping, licking, humping, not sure how many other wild transitive verbs i can use without being too crude. But by the end of the show Korrey Smith was in amazing form naked, flacet, manished and still trying to chase the stripper around the house.

Next morning we woke to find offshores again and the swell still rolling through, Matt "Edward" Young Invited the whole crew back to his peaceful little town for a surf in which the whole bucks crew took over and dominated.
