Myspace Memoirs:

Remember Myspace????
Yer the one and original social networking site. Anyway this is another new segment im adding to the blog basically re-living those lovely myspace people and memories of old.

Lauren Jennifer: Everyone use to go wild with calls on LJ. Jack Dob and Anthony Showman in particular. Definitly a good myspace memoir, and we were even more impressed when she released Lauren Jennifer designs - her fashion label.

Beached azz bru:

It's funny just how quickly a day can change from twiddling thumbs to jam packed activities. and i do love my activities. Yesterday started out with me sitting on the net searching youtube videos contemplating what i was going to do for the next 48 hours until i was back directing 5 year olds as to how to tie shoelaces. Thirty minutes later i find myself trecking down to the aptly named "squiral bank" for some solace tows and a few shacks. Jack Mac, Russ, Chapple, Korrey and myself made the treck. I love this beach, you could definitly say its one of my fav places. Im always in awe of the serene tranquility possesed by the desolate beach which is encapsulated by cliffs and mountains.

Such a fun day even the long walk back didnt deter us from entering vincentia primary school's Food fair. Topped off an eventful day of footage, food, female spotting and fun. One bevvy down though and i was ready for bed. Pics above: Steamers crew: Korrey, Me, Chap, Jack Mac and Russ shooting. Korrey throwing some heat in the H2o

Teeny bopper pop/punk cult tv shows:

ok so we all have one or two or maybe five of these shows that we truly adore. Im talking Neighbours, Locky leonard, Home and away etc. All this talk on facebook surrounding The OC today just got my excited so i thought id shed some light on some bangin shows of old and recent viewing.

The OC - Fuck, like was totally amazing and groundbreaking for its time. As teenagers we all use to adore the thin, tanned ladies and admire the fighting spirit of Ryan and his ghetto child upbringing. It reminded me of a talented and exciting version of Dawson's Creek with amazing music.

Blue Water High: ok so by luck this afternoon i switched on ABC to find the return of some second or third season of this "surfie culture" ozzie teen drama. James Dixon and i are always on the same wavelength, and definitly love a lengy discussion on the babes of this show. Bonus i use to go to school with the brunette shread head Ash Cheadle.

Skins - Unfortunatly season 3 has just finished on SBS but nontheless this show rox - yes with an "x" like some WWE wrestlemania character. Season 3 introduced new characters which were amazing/gorgeous/talented including dream babe "Effie". With the addition of an awesome soundtrack, defo cant wait for season 4.

The waves today were sooooo "DANK"

I love urbandictionary.com the other day i came across the word "Dank" which just so happens to be my good friend Jordan's last name. here is the description:

Dank
October 26 6566 up, 2557 down

an expression frequently used by stoners and hippies for something of high quality.
That borritos was dank, man.
or... That borritos was the dankness.

so sik. Above is a photo of Jordo doing some "dank" as stand up riding and me throwing props on the shoulder on a olden day session down bendy.

Another new little segment im introducing to depict the type of tunes im appreciating at the current point in time. Love/hate/criticise my taste in tunes i dont really care, for what is a blog anyway but an insight into a dudes head.

Mos Def: - Massive ledge whom i idolised in my teenage years as he progressed from his group "Urban Thermo Dynamics" too "Black Star" with fellow Rap rippo Talib Kweli. As a 14 year old corcasion high schooler i loved nothing more than rebelling against my parents with my sharp stereo on mega bass listening too Black Star, Nas and Jurassic 5 (for the more happier times). His new tune i absolutely love "Auditorium".

Mumford and Sons: - Like any new age fella i get emotional at times and theres nothing more satisfying that continuing those spirals with some classic neg tunes. Mumford and Sons push my buttons.
